Questions About Billing & Payments

You will receive a bill or receipt directly from our office, and a separate statement after your insurance has processed your claim. This may include your copay, deductible, or coinsurance details.
Insurance companies typically take 45–60 days to fully process claims. This timeline may vary depending on your plan.
We can share the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) we receive from your insurer. However, for detailed questions about how your insurance calculated coverage or payments, please contact your insurance provider directly, as they control that process.
